Don Norman is co-director of MMM, the dual degree MBA + Engineering program at Northwestern University that emphasizes design and operations, co-founder of the Nielsen Norman group, an executive consulting company on usable design. He has been VP at Apple Computer and an executive at HP. He consults for high-tech, automobile, and consumer electronics companies. He is well known in the design community for his work and especially his books, which include Design of Everyday Things, Emotional Design, Design of Future Things.
