Judith Gloppen is a PhD candidate within the area of design leadership and service innovation at The Oslo School of Architecture and Design. Her PhD is part of a project called AT-ONE, that aims to improve the early stages of service innovation through the integration of design thinking into a structured innovation process.
Judith has an MBA in design management from University of Westminster/Harrow Business School, London and her business education from the Norwegian School of Management. At the Norwegian Design Council, she has been an adviser for businesses within the area of design leadership, advising how design thinking can contribute to business development and a holistic customer experience. She was responsible for developing the design strategy for the Airport Express Train in Oslo and for strategy development for the souvenir program for the Lillehammer Olympic Games 1994. Judith is part of the international Design Management Institute Advisory Council (www.dmi.org).
