Nicola Morelli has a PhD in industrial design and is working as an Associate Professor at the School of Architecture and Design at Aalborg, University, Denmark, He has previously worked at the Centre for Design at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia and at Politecnico di Milano. He has coordinated research on methodological and strategic issues related to service design. His most recent research interest focuses on public services and on methods, technologies and infrastructures to support active participation of users in the definition of localised and highly personalised solutions.
